She is a committed wife to Pr. Apollo Samuel Massa, a mother of four, and a dedicated servant of God. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in History, and a Master’s degree in Divinity. An ordained Reverend, she currently pastors alongside her husband. She is also a counselor whose services reach all categories of people: youth, women, and men.
She serves as the senior pastor of Miracle Life Ministries Uganda, where she oversees 25 branch churches. She inspires women to grow deeper in their faith and make a meaningful impact within their communities. With more than 25 years of ministry experience, she has served in several roles, including praise and worship leader, conference speaker, and, most prominently, a women’s leader.
Mrs. Jacqueline Betty Mutamba is married to Pr. Mutamba Solomon Esau, the lead pastor of Eagles Wing Cathedral located in Mbale City. She carries an Evangelistic calling upon her life and currently leads the school evangelism program in the Eastern Region of Uganda. In addition, she is a business trainer who has empowered many women in small-scale enterprises.
She is also a dedicated and results-driven finance professional serving as the Secretary for Finance of the organization. With a strong background in accounting, she brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, budgeting, and accountability systems that support the organization’s mission and sustainability. She is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning and expenditure.
Mildred, married to Pastor Richard Gad, is a devoted servant of God with a strong pastoral calling, serving alongside her husband at Voice of Victory Ministries Uganda where they oversee 65 churches in the Mbale region. Passionate about spiritual growth, she is committed to helping women serve God wholeheartedly, and her ministry includes teaching the Word, leading praise and worship, and supporting children and women in the church. She is especially dedicated to mobilizing women for conferences, fellowships, and community gatherings that foster faith, unity, and purpose, impacting lives and raising empowered, God-fearing women.
Ceazer Zubeda, married to Simon Ojatum, is a dynamic leader with an apostolic calling and a devoted wife. She serves as the Music Director for the Mass Choir in Mbale, where she also expresses her gifts as a singer and songwriter. An accomplished author, she wrote the book Men Where Are You and leads as the CEO of Nabweya Charity Foundation, an organization focused on supporting the elderly and disadvantaged women. Professionally, she is a Human Resource Administrator and actively fellowships with Impact Ministry Uganda, demonstrating her strong commitment to both spiritual growth and community transformation.
